The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer, Secretary to Council, Senate and Congregation. He is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day administration of the University.

The Registrar of the University is Dr. Saidu Goje - B.Sc. (ABU), M.Sc., Ph.D. (USA).
